‘From Under The Cork Tree’ to be repressed

News / January 25, 2013

According to Travis over at Hot Topic, Fall Out Boy’s From Under The Cork Tree will receive a vinyl repressing in early 2013. The double LP set will be on translucent maroon vinyl and will be limited to 1,500 copies. It will also include the five tracks off the “Black Clouds and Underdogs” edition of the album.

It’s expected to be in stores in January of 2013 and will be priced at $22.99. The album has only received one prior pressing, which took place in 2005. That run has since sold out.

Update 1/16/13: The record is starting to go out to a few west coast stores, with it going up for sale online in the near future. There’s no specific date as to when it will be available, but now’s the time to start checking every so often. And of course, we’ll do our best to let you know as soon as it’s up, along with giving you a store list.

Update 1/25/13: It looks like the record is not going up online until after January 28th. Hot Topic has eliminated their vinyl section until after the Hot Cash promotion is over. Here is a list of stores currently carrying the item.
