Glassjaw’s ‘Coloring Book’ EP being pressed with 120 variants

News / August 9, 2013

Prolific Long Island post-harcore outfit Glassjaw have announced the inagural pressing of their 2011 EP Coloring Book – with 120 unique variants. While little has been revealed about the record’s physical specs, it appears the EP will be pressed as a 12″ disc comprised of three concentric rings of different colored wax.  (See photo below) The pressing is limited to 120 copies.

The album will be sold as part of a bundle which includes  a ticket to Glassjaw’s Nov 29th performance at Paramount Theatre in Huntington, NY. Per the band’s characteristically eccentric M.O., these will likely be the only tickets sold for the show.

The Coloring Book bundle will only be available for purchase through the band’s webstore. Sales are set to begin at 12 p.m. EST on Aug 16th. Pricing has not been announced. If you’re even remotely interested in picking up a copy, prepare for a battle, as these will sell out FAST.
