Dylan’s lost lyrics turned into ‘Lost On The River’

Preorders / August 22, 2014

Elvis Costello, Taylor Goldsmith (Dawes), Jim James (My Morning Jacket), Marcus Mumford (Mumford & Sons), Rhiannon Giddens and T Bone Burnett have combined to record Lost On The River: The New Basement Tapes, which is now up for pre-order. The tracks actually stemmed from Bob Dylan-penned lyrics, which were written in 1967 and just recently discovered. That period of writing also led to Dylan’s original Basement Tapes.

The new album will be released on November 11th and you can listen to “Nothing To It,” below.
