‘Lonesome Crowded,’ ‘Long Drive’ getting reissued

News / September 1, 2014

According to a couple listings over at Amazon UK, the full length albums from Modest Mouse — The Lonesome Crowded West and This Is A Long Drive For Someone With Nothing To Think About — are reportedly getting reissued onto vinyl by Glacial Pace Recordings. Both have been rumored to be coming out of Glacial for a while (and I’ve received many emails with gossip from Reddit, Vinyl Collective and the like), but these are the first actual listings to pop up.

Lonesome Crowded is reportedly being released on October 20th, while Long Drive is reportedly coming a week earlier on October 13th. We’ll keep you updated as this falls in the rumor category for now.

Update 9/2/14: Shop Radio Cast has now launched pre-orders for both, as well. They have new release dates though, with Lonesome Crowded West set for November 4th and This Is A Long Drive set for October 28th.

Update 9/3/14: Glacial Pace has launched their official pre-orders. Dig in guys.
