Eohippus’ newest record is ‘hair filled’

Preorders / October 27, 2014

Over at Velocity of Sound, you can now pick up a 7″ record from Eohippus, titled Getting Your Hair Wet With Pee. The pressing, limited to 100, is “hair filled and piss soaked” vinyl, and it’s being hyped as the first time hair has been pressed in wax.

“Getting Your Hair Wet With Pee” is an anthem so majestic, it makes the Star-Spangled Banner sound like a dog vomiting in comparison. Vocals soaring higher than a mountain top, guitars ringing truer than freedom itself.

This is a song convicted of love and trust.  Eohippus, Velocity of Sound’s most mysterious band has dropped a nugget of musical genius so profound that we had to give it the royal treatment.

The cover will be hand-stamped in either black or red ink. The label warns customers that surface noise may occur because of the craziness inside the record and no two singles will look alike.
