Beach Boys getting huge reissue campaign

Analogue Productions has just unveiled a huge Beach Boys reissue campaign, featuring titles on both mono and stereo, while pressed on 200-gram vinyl. The mono mixes have been created under Brian Wilson’s supervision, while mastered at Cohearent Audio from the original master tapes or the “best sources available.” The jackets are described as “stoughton tip-on.”

The first five titles in mono will be released on December 16th:
Surfin’ Safari
Surfin’ USA
Surfer Girl
Little Deuce Coupe
Shut Down Vol. 2

On January 6th, all those titles except Surfin’ Safari will be released in Mono.
