Modern Vinyl taking holiday break, back Jan. 2

News / December 19, 2014

In an effort to spend the last few days of 2014 in the least stressful way possible, Modern Vinyl will be taking a holiday hiatus this year, not posting any content until January 2nd. I want to personally thank all for their support throughout the year, as MV posted a record high campaign. In efforts to be transparent, we hit 2.55 million visits this year, an increase from 1.3 million in 2013. I’m sure we’re not the most popular site out there, but for our focus and readership base, I’m quite happy with those numbers.

We also launched The Modern Vinyl Podcast this year, another form of nice content for us, along with staff expansion, which has helped in keeping up with reviews. We’ve got some surprises coming in 2015 and I sincerely hope you stick with us!
