Introducing Pilot Study: The Twilight Zone/Ferris Bueller

News / Pilot Study / Podcast / December 4, 2015

Pleased to announce our newest podcast (joining The Modern Vinyl Podcast and Missaligned) is a show called Pilot Study. Our first non-music pod delves into the world of pilot episodes, hosted by Chris Lantinen and the man only known as….Grimes. A few things about the show:

  • Already on iTunes and you can find us here. Subscribe, rate us, all that good stuff.
  • We’re launching with 2 episodes, talking about both a classic (obviously The Twilight Zone, this is episode 1 in the order) and a true dud in the TV adaptation of Ferris Bueller.
  • Our Twitter is over at @pilotstudypod and you can email us at Want a show featured? Hit us up on those channels (we’ll have viewer choice months).
  • Each pod is the length of the episode featured. Aka, the Ferris Bueller episode is 25 minutes long, since the pilot was that long.
  • Theme song is by Tony Thaxton (Motion City Soundtrack, Pride of Erie PA)

All episodes will be posted on MV, but it’s best to subscribe through your favorite podcast service.
