Update 8/30/16: The release is now up for pre-order at Amazon. There’s also a great episode of All Songs Considered, where they talk with Giles Martin about what exactly is different about this mastering job. You can stream a clip below.

The Beatles Live At The Hollywood Bowl is getting released this fall, with a new mastering job and four additional tracks. This collection was previously released in 1977, but this contains those new songs “sourced directly from the three-track tapes of the concerts,” according to Rolling Stone. Giles Martin (George Martin’s son) and Sam Okell are doing the mastering and mixing. The vinyl edition will be released on November 18th. It includes a 24-page booklet and liner notes by David Fricke.
