Deerhoof releasing new 7″ for Famous Class

News / Preorders / October 20, 2016

Deerhoof and Famous Class are teaming up for a new 7″ record, featuring the songs “Risk Free” and “Delight.” The pressing is on green with blue marble vinyl (limited to 500) and on black. Titled I Thought We Were Still Friends, it’s described by the label, below.

On the A-side we have the mesmeric pop gem “Risk Free” featuring the vocal duet of Satomi and Greg. The flip side gives us “Delight”, Deerhoof’s own victory march. Think the “Brass Bonanza” pumped through the nastiest, most shredded PA system you’ve ever heard. It all comes housed in a beautiful screen printed jacket featuring art from Satomi and a polylined inner sleeve.

The 7″ will be released Nov. 18. Listen to “Risk Free,” below.
