Green Day selling boombox, cassette collection

News / Preorders / November 28, 2016

Green Day has devised a way in which you can spend $250 on cassettes. First, this bundle gets you a QFX boombox, which looks comparable to this $21 model at Wal-Mart. Yep, $21. So the extra $230 gets you 13 cassettes, which comes out to $17 each (plus the case). So, not a showstopper of a deal, but if you REALLY like Green Day, it might be passable.

The sets are scheduled to ship on Dec. 9.
