On Jan. 14, The Modern Vinyl Podcast is going live in Chicago, presenting a double bill of podcasts with Vinyl Emergency. Chris, James and Mike will all be at Pinwheel Records, 1722 W. 18th St., at 7 p.m.

Vinyl Emergency, hosted by MV contributor Jim Hanke, will be welcoming Bob Nanna and Chris Broach (Braid) to the show, for an interview and acoustic performance.

On the MV end, we’ve got some fun topics planned, some traditional MV games and some giveaways. If you’ve never heard our previous live episode, in NYC, you can check it out here.

Tickets are free, but we ask that you register, here. And if you’re coming, RSVP on Facebook as well. We ask attendees to bring a cushion, pillow, etc for their own comfort. This will allow us to fit more attendees into the venue.
