Carpenter releasing newly recorded themes (’74-’98)

News / Preorders / August 23, 2017

Update 9/28/17: Newbury Comics has a “Fog Over Antonio Bay” variant, accompanied by an exclusive 12″ x 12″ print and bonus 7″. Again, the print is the only exclusive portion here.

John Carpenter is back with another studio release, this titledĀ Anthology: Movie Themes 1974-1998. It collects 13 pieces from the Carpenter catalog, re-recording them with the Lost Themes team (his son, Cody, and Daniel Davies).

I’ve been on vacation, so both limited versions are already sold out (my apologies), but they included a green variant (limited to 500) and a orange variant (limited to 500). The orange also featured prints and a bonus 7″. Standard black is still available! (Again, my apologies.)

Update: Elusive Disc may have some colored copies!

The new collection is coming out on October 20th through Sacred Bones.
