Betty Davis’s ‘Nasty Gal’ getting reissued

News / Preorders / November 13, 2017

Nasty Gal, the 1975 album from Betty Davis, is getting reissued onto vinyl through Light In The Attic. This is described by the label as the “first official re-release on vinyl LP,” and the music has been remastered from the original tapes. Packaging wise, you get a gatefold jacket and 8-page booklet with liner notes by John Ballon (writer of the Wax Poetics Betty Davis cover story in 2007).

The reissue is coming out on Jan. 12. Their reissue of Davis’ ST record is still in stock, as well.
