Stef Chura’s new album available on limited wax

News / Preorders / February 1, 2018

The debut studio record from Stef Chura, titled Messes, is now up for order at her new home of Saddle Creek. The limited variant is a orange and yellow split, limited to only 150 copies.

She recorded the album with Fred Thomas, with Thomas playing bass, some guitar and some drums on the record, as well. Ryan Clancy (Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr.) also contributes drums.

“It’s about emotional mess, not physical mess,” Chura says. “The title track is about knowing that you are going to do something the wrong way, but you’re doing it anyway because you want that experience. I’ve had to do a lot of things the wrong way in order to figure out how to live my life.”

The album is being released physically on Feb. 2. It’s already out digitally and you can stream it below.
